Notes / Consulting

Start with one useful question

A focused brief gives the work a clearer purpose.

Notebook and writing materials on a desk

A consulting brief does not need to contain the answer. It needs to describe the decision or difficulty the team is facing.

Write down what is happening now, why it matters and what a useful outcome would look like. Identify what is known and what still needs examination.

Keep the first scope manageable. A bounded question is easier to turn into a working session, decision or next step.

A clearer decision. A practical next move.

What needs to move forward?
